There are a lot of opinions on this thread but so far I haven't seen a response to this. Do you have any evidence as to how long Anderson had been shopping the news around, or to whom, before the Perry campaign snapped him up?

That is just what I was thinking, just because is says you were hired on Oct 24 does not mean that you were only there on that date. Maybe they wanted to know what crap he could spew first. Background checks,etc usually take a bit of time even with all the technology today.
