Was the recent attack on Herman Cains presidential campaign a professional hit job? Absolutely, says Herman Cain. And he says he knows just where to look for the guy who did it: At 815 Slaters Lane in Alexandria, Virginia, a low-slung former warehouse in the shadow of a coal plant.

I don’t think so onyx but hope you’re right.
Ruh roh! They better have strong evidence.
Well in retrospect Cain could have kept mum or said he was looking into it while researching what really happened, because it did make Cain look a little like a loose cannon. The objectionable situation was apparently addressed in the late eighties; Cain voted for Clinton later than that. Now Perry gets a free shot at Cain today saying look who’s the loose cannon now? (Whether or not it’s true or relevant.)
Apparantly you were unaware that jla stands for “just lie always.”
What if Cain is wrong about the leaker?
She had to pay for her attorneys with private funds. I assume she could have asked for legal fund donations, no?
How much would you have given? I would have given hundreds, at least.
Anyway, ancient history.
Sigh.
Knock it off!
Let your defense of your candidate be more rational.
I have yet to see the “proof” of ANYTHING in ALL of this story.
Lets see how this plays out before we make ‘decisions” and lets leave the disgusting personal name calling out of this.

He is adamant that this is all crap.
He is adamant that this is all crap.
I am. Bret Baier just interviewed Cain’s guy - the one who appeared in the smoking ad.
He is adamant that this is all crap, including that Iowa radio host.
Palin pulled out because her advisors believed that the economy is not salvagable, and that the person elected in 2012 will take the brunt of the blame.
then i change my mind.
but i doubt cain would say this if it were not true.
I agree with your excellant reasoned post.
ANY such move would generate more of this garbage litigation. That was the point. I hope Alaska fixed the loophole, even though the attackers at least had the decency not to continue the jihad with the Lieutenant Governor. You file more than a certain number of ethics lawsuits that are baseless — especially if they are frivolous — and you pay, pay, pay. You don’t want to sting away onesy-twosy complaints that are well meaning but ill informed, but this was a full jihad.
I have ESP.
Its just like it was with Palin; they demonstrate who they fear through their attacks.
