Oklahoma political consultant Chris Wilson

He did donate the most to Romney. Besides, what's a Republican doing this for? Isn't Cain also a Republican?
Romney has so many political, left wing skeletons in his closet, it's Halloween every day! Why are they not trashing him instead? The Republicans should be politically slaughtering the guy!

I think the Washington RINOs are trying to choose our candidate for us again. I'm not taking their bait. I really don't care what the RINOs and pundits have to say. I'm not going to hold my nose at the booth anymore just so "the other guy doesn't win."

This time, I'm voting for who I want to vote for. No more good 'ol boys club crap. I'm not going to do the bidding of our Republican masters any more - just so THEY can keep THEIR power and privilege!!

Does a non disclosure agreement such as what has been signed here bind EVERYONE in the vicinity who may have heard what went on or is it only those who signed the non disclosure agreement who are legally bound to be silent.

Not a lawyer either...but of course not. A person not party to an agreement is not bound by the terms of such an agreement.

There is NO legal reason why this guy cannot tell what he saw and leave off the names.

He is fanning the flames for a reason.

Her lawyer said yesterday that Cain “broke” the rules of the settlement by making “disparaging remarks” about his client. What were those disparaging remarks? Cain, when asked, said her performance at the Nat’l Restaurant Assc. was considered “sub-par.”

Well, didn’t the woman break the settlement agreement rules first by breaking her silence with the ultimate “disparaging remarks” of sexual harassment charges against Cain, and now wants to up the ante and disclose more? Seems to me, if she wants to make this a free-for-all, he said/she said/unprovable but full disclosure, this woman owes a repayment to the Nat’l Restaurant Association of $35,000.

Wilson said for legal reasons, he can not discuss details of the incident.

Even though he just did. He would not be bound by any confidentiality agreement since he wasn't party to the incident, so therefore he is making this stuff up. This has Tokyo Rove written all over it.

I am not agreeing with this.

I'm passing this along so people can get out in front.

It may turn out to be true... but this guy looks like a lobbyist scumbag.

I don't have to be an attorney to answer this. There is no way this guy is covered. Even if he was covered it does not matter. Nor does it matter when it comes to anyone BUT Cain. I say anyone but Cain because if he is a direct party to the agreement and says names he is going to be bashed. As far as anyone else? The agreement does not matter much unless it is an agreement that falls under a court order. That does not appear to be the case here so anyone (even Cain if he wanted to) can say whatever they like. Because the reality is that the country is full of rich leftist Democrat lawyers who will do two things. One, they will make sure that the women involved will never have a legal problem (pro bono)and two, they will make sure that the women involved are compensated beyond their wildest dreams.

I'd note that Cain has not named names. Which makes the one lawyers assertions that Cain has broken the agreement a total crock. The lawyer has stated he does not have the agreement in hand and does not know what it says. How then could he even know Cain is talking about his client? Especially if there is supposed to be more than one woman?

With all that said Cain either has a campaign killing situation here because the media will bash him in to the ground or he will come out of this way on top.

Several things will happen next. One, there will be an accuser that will come forward. After she is prepped by lawyers, PR and media types. Two, Herman Cain's wife and family will step forward. The latter should have already happened and that is a red flag right now. The fact that his wife has not come forward is distressing.

He looks young in the pics. But on his website he says he’s married w/ two kids.

I don’t care if he is married and has kids, he is trying to ruin Cain with this nonsense and Perry is directing.

Based on 20 years ago, Chris Wilson was 23...born in 1968.
If he went to college at age 18 and graduated four years later, he was 22 years old.

Barely out of diapers, in my opinion.

Someone pointed out on FR a while back that if Romney gets the Nom, the truth about Mormonism will become the top story. People will be horrified.

The Cainbots are a laugh riot for sure. They must defend their idol; all naysayers are the enemy of truth, justice, and the American way!

You betcha!

Here's my take:

After Bill Clinton, I resolved never to care about any 'scandals' that become attached to candidates that I support. Clinton lowered the bar so far, that you need a backhoe to locate it. Chose a scandal category, and Clinton can claim a scandal that can top whatever anyone else can be accused of. Financial? Whitewater, Cattle Futures, Rose Law firm. etc. Political? Pardon selling, firing all U.S. attorneys. Legal? Perjury and suborning perjury, FBI files. Sex Scandals? Are you kidding me? Paula, Monica, Juanita and on and on. And these were the biggies. Sandwiched in we had Vince Foster, Madison Guaranty, Susan McDougal.

The Democrats lionize Clinton. After Clinton, they broke the mold (after disinfecting it). Sleaze, they name is Bill Clinton, and if he gets a pass for all that, then I am not going to torpedo a candidate that I agree with for far less. Look, I would take a true conservative that occasionally grabbed a woman's bootie than a morally pure Barack Obama. Such is the legacy of Bill Clinton.
