I just feel sorry for the tree. It takes a long time to grow a tree. The parents should have known or probably knew that their kid was texting while driving. There needs to be a little more chlorine added to the gene pool. At least the kid didn’t hurt anyone else when they were being stupid. They won’t do it again.

I have three kids with the last learning to drive. At 17 to have their life cut off, their family devastated, nothing left ...

Just so you know - kids think they’re invincible - they think they’ve got it all together - they’re mistaken and we do our best to caution them but we cannot always be there. We hope and pray our lessons have been learned but a moments inattention in today’s world can be deadly.

A silent prayer for the gal, full of a life cut short, her family, friends and you.
