Holy smokes. I know that area quite well. My girlfriend showed me all the nature sites and wineries down that way. Her mom and stepdad own a business in Cornelia. Beautiful area down there. It reminds me of my old home with different accents and mountains.

Why is it, that I knew as soon as they said these guys were in a militia, that there would be a federal informant involved in the planning of these attacks? Every time militia guys start planning something criminal, an FBI informant just happens to be in the room! I wonder how they manage that.

I always use a single word in my searches. I try to use an uncommon word, if available. Then I look, from the most recent on, for my title. If someone got an article from another source, I post anyways, as the reporting often differs in minor but significant ways.

I’ll bet half that “militia” was undercover, and these fools were being led by the nose through the whole thing. That’s S.O.P. for these things.In the 1990's I dabbled with a local militia. One fellow was foolish enough to do some full-auto conversions for AR15's to M16's, and he offered it to the group. I was quite suspicious and didn't convert. Anyone who had a completed NFA-style weapon, and the foolish converter, were all arrested and charged in a grand sweep one weekend. The converter is still doing time, hard time.
Gee, I wonder if anyone was an undercover agent in that group?
