Republican presidential hopeful Herman Cain, who is dealing with a media firestorm surrounding past accusations of sexual harassment, earns the same level of support against President Obama as he did a week ago.
The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey of Likely U.S. Voters shows the president picking up 43% of the vote to Cains 38%.
The national survey of 1,000 Likely Voters was conducted on October 30-31, 2011 by Rasmussen Reports. The margin of sampling error is +/- 3 percentage points with a 95% level of confidence. Field work for all Rasmussen Reports surveys is conducted by Pulse Opinion Research, LLC.

2012 election vote totals...
Obumbler 45%
Mutt Romney 32%
Undervote 23%
I do, because the MOE makes it a tie. And besides, Cain isn’t the nominee yet...when he is, he will whip Obama.
um.. yeah sure
Much of America doesn't even know who he is yet, and he is already within the MOE and holding the Kenyan under 45%.

The fact that this arrogant, unqualified left wing creep leads any other carbon based life form in a poll indicates to me that the Republic is finished.
Sorry.
I would vote for a potato(e) but not Mitt Romney.
The letter in front of a candidate’s name doesn’t make it okay to vote for a lying, opportunistic socialist who signed government-mandated health care into law.
I agree, it’s a no brainer that Obama is weak. Still it becomes a choice between two candidates. And it’s a long time til the election, in political timescale.
I so wish we had a stronger field, I’m not overly confident about winning with any of them, Cain included; but i’ll support who ever goes up against the current regime.
That’s the name of one of my dogs! He’s the laziest herding dog I’ve ever had. He’s like a sausage with legs!
Cindie
You’re in the ballpark.
The only way Obama can win is with a Clintonian plurality.
Don’t give up! Remember, keep informed. Keep involved and keep inspired! We have a fine man to lead our country if we will stay focused on what is at stake here. God bless!
Cain will weather this storm easily. One Anita Hill was enough...that failed, and this will fail too!
