If it were a genetic problem then it would be a “race” issue. But, there are enough counter examples to show that it’s not a genetic issue.

100% total agreement. It's not genetic, it's not a racial issue. My favorite RNC candidate is Herman Cain, who exhibits none of the cultural traits I have detailed.

It is a cultural issue, one that has several strong and attractive traits going for it. It requires little or no effort, sets low expectations and practically garrantees success (by low standards) to all members. Any perceived failures or shortcomings are excused by playing the 'victim' card. So, naturally, the culture prospers; it has for centuries.

Herman Cain is, almost certainly, from a culture of ‘Church going blacks’. They tend to be classy, get educated, and stay married.

This used to be the predominant strain of black culture in America - but now the hiphop gangster culture seems to predominate.
