I don’t think the Republican establishment will be shocked at all.

I believe this is the desired outcome for the elites of both parties.

Well, this FReeper who, at one time, could not stand Newt, could live with a President Gingrich. I think he could be BHO.

I think you could be right. If Obama’s re-elected but the Senate goes Republican, I’m certain Obamacare will be defunded; if Romney’s elected, I’m not so certain, given his reluctance to do a flip flop on Romneycare (the one flip flop we want, he won’t do...why?)

Essentially, a vote for Romney could ensure that Obamacare is never repealed or defunded, because he could very well just decide to “tweak” it and could get his own party in the Congress to go along with him. This is a huge risk that, in my opinion, could justify a conservative voting for Obama. And then there’s all the other issues he’s switched positions on...
