Arizona's maverick Sheriff Joe Arpaio promised surprises in his jurisdiction's investigation of Barack Obama's eligibility for the presidential ballot and his Cold Case Posse is delivering – raising questions that touch on the authenticity of the long-form birth certificate issued last April and the possibility Obama is using a fraudulent Social Security Number.
Sources close to the investigation say the posse has decided it needs to see original birth records before it can conclude whether Obama should be eligible for the presidential ballot in 2012, not an electronic file or scanned copies.
The sources say the panel needs to examine the microfilm documenting Obama's birth, as well as the ink-and-paper original 1961 birth records the Hawaii Department of Health is holding in its vault.
The PDF file and various scanned copies of the birth certificate that the White House released April 27 are simply not good enough, the posse has determined.
Earlier this month, WND senior staff reporter Jerome R. Corsi spent 18 hours over a two-day period in Arizona briefing the Cold Case Posse on a wide range of evidence regarding Obama's eligibility.
"The posse wants to see the entire microfilm roll containing Obama's birth certificate, not just a microfilm copy of Obama's long-form birth certificate in isolation," Corsi explained. "An individual microfilm copy could be forged, but forging the entire microfilm reel on which Obama's birth certificate is in sequence would be almost impossible."
Also, Corsi said, the posse wants the ink-and-paper original 1961 Obama birth records still held in vault by the Hawaii Department of Health to be released publicly and subjected to independent court-authorized forensic examination.

I doubt that Obama can win Arizona, period. I think they've gone for the Democrat once in the last 60 years.
In a time of war ammunition will become in short supply, morale may be very low, intel will be uncertain.
First and foremost Obama MUST be exposed, or we will be facing futures history books with the untruth, the lies, the manufactured past.
We owe it to our future descendants to enforce the laws, not to ignore them because a few people call it beating a dead horse. They are the quitters, they have no guts, they have no fortitude, they have an alternative agenda, they are not the ones you would want near you on a battlefield.

If a law enforcement agency goes to a hospital investigating interstate fraud and asks for proof of SAD giving birth there, I would think the Hospital would be obliged to come clean. Telling Law enforcement agents to go scratch might not be in their interest.
I say we flip the spin about this being a ‘fringe issue’ on it’s head.
There are hundreds of thousands of conservatives that think thhe birth certificate and NBC (father kenyan) need investigation. Any politician seeking conservative votes better be willing to listen to constituents and follow the law and evidence. This whole matter can be settled with a small amount of discovery. Let’s see the records and put the issue to rest.

The Constitution is not silly. Fraud is not silly. The birth certificate/social security number/identity issue is not silly. It is fundamental.
Pick a populous county with a Democratic sheriff in some other red state. Can the Republican candidate win Georgia if the Dem sheriff of Fulton county declares the GOP candidate ineligible in Fulton county? The idea of a county sheriff having any such authority under the law is laughable on its face, but folks have been believing in fairy tales for thousands if years so don’t let reality stop you.
Absolutely. Several states TRIED to enact a law requiring acceptable proof, but the Governor of Arizona would rather have Federal Money than to do her job. Same thing with the governor of Oklahoma.
Just because Barack Hussein Obama II, born in Mombasa, Kenya in the Coast Provincial General Hospital, fooled us once about his “Hawaii” birthplace, is no reason for us not to demand his true certificate of birth for the 2012 AMERICAN National Election.
There would have to be a whole lot better proof than i've seen so far for me to believe the "born in Kenya" theory. Currently I am leaning more toward a "born in Canada" theory, but I don't discount the possibility that he actually was born in Hawaii. I put no stock in it qualifying him, even if he was.

1. No Sheriff, in any county in the United States, controls access to the ballot.
Not normally, no, but I believe he can if he wishes to do so. The Sheriff is the Highest law enforcement officer of a County, and is the only one specifically mentioned in the US Constitution. At the very least, he can stir up such a hornets nest of outrage and humiliation that it will amount to the same thing. Now whether he chooses to do so is another question all together.
2. This "posse" is a posse in the modern sense, a group of hangers on who inflate the ego of a public person, not an official (if volunteer) part of law enforcement. A real, official, investigation, could go to the grand jury, and seek a grand jury subpoena of any public records relevant to its investigation. It wouldn't have to whine about how its lack of access to those records hinders its "investigation."
It could do so if the investigation was related to a crime committed in the County. As this is an extensive Federal issue, the Sheriff of a single county lacks jurisdiction for an investigation of such crimes as may have been committed outside of his own county. Now I should very well hope they can find evidence of a crime committed IN Maricopa county, for that will allow a much more extensive effort, but till then, they have to discover what they can within the law enforcement powers of that county.

If it is related to a crime having occurred within the Law Enforcement Agencies jurisdiction, I believe the Hospital would have to answer to a judge if they refused, but I don't see any angle where they can be compelled in this case. Perhaps if enough information of a crime is uncovered, it might be possible to force their hand, but till then, I would be very surprised if they didn't ignore him.
I've heard rumors that Michelle was disbarred because of something to do with the Chicago mayor's office. Do you have more information on any details?

Quite frankly, I do not care who it (this approach) eliminates.
Imagine a politician standing in front of an audience saying:
I want your vote...but I don’t care how many of you think eligibility is an issue. The law in this matter is old and vague with regard to the Kenyan parent. The assertions of LFBC forgery are unproven in court.
So, stop presenting me with an issue that washington power-players and the press can tarnish me with. I will not pursue this issue.

If they aren’t active in pursuing the issue - they might as well be giving this speech to conservatives that think this issue is unsettled, which is a majority of conservatives.
