It took until 2007 for Bush to figure it out (by coming up with this "Surge" strategy, when all along it should have been done right from the get-go), but by taking so long to figure it out, it cost us the Congress in 2006 and the 2008 election. Still, we drag this out. I say bring them the hell home now.

Didn't work out for the early missionaries when the US West was settled. They were chopped up and their remains were thrown around in celebration. It took wiping out their villages before the killing of missionaries stopped.
