Rick Perry targeted the National Labor Relations Board on Tuesday as he unveiled his economic plan in South Carolina.
The NLRB has filed a complaint against Boeing for launching a new plant in Charleston, S.C. It accuses the airplane manufacturer of locating in South Carolina instead of near its existing facilities in Seattle in retaliation for strikes by union members in Washington.
The issue has become a rallying point for Republicans, particularly in South Carolina, and Perry joined the GOP chorus of opposition in his speech in Greenville, S.C.
"When federal agencies like the NLRB are dictating to companies where they can create jobs and where they cannot, they have overstepped their bounds and undermined our free-market system," he said in remarks prepared for delivery at the ISO Poly Films company in Greenville.
"On my first day in office, I will freeze all pending federal regulations and immediately begin a review of all new regulations since January of 2008," Perry continued.

While talking about the Boeing case in South Carolina this week, Perry spoke about our country's current oppressive regulations and how to free us from their obstructive powers to rebuild our country's economy and regain our greatness once again.
Ping please.
This is a good move by Perry.
So why doesn’t he file a law suit against the NLRB? He’s a governor for pete’s sake. Talking about it won’t fix the problem. We need to start waking up folks.
Last I heard Perry is Governor of Texas, not SC.
Anita is sharpening her attacks.
LABOR UNIONS=DOMESTIC TERRORISTS!!
why not from January of 1964??
Shield,
Forgot your name on the ping a while back! LOL
Ping please.
I agree with you that this is a good move for him.
He has a good message. He’s not been getting “that part of him” out. He needs to.
IF you'd rather NOT be pinged FReepmail me.
IF you'd like to be added FReepmail me. Thanks.

You are absolutely right that Perry's entire "picture" is not out there for people to see, and his "Cut Balance & Grow" package is certainly being shortchanged too by being seen as a simple tax reform package.
Perry's Cut, Balance, and Grow" Plan is an entire conservative economic package using responsibly fiscal measures of downsizing our government and our federal government's budget while making our country competitive and pro-growth.
He is a strong state and local government guy with keen insight as to how to shift power from the national government scene to the local levels, and he is showing a genuine commitment to Tea Party principles in fiscal measures.
And then we haven't even started talking here about the other big package Perry can offer, his wealth of experience as a big energy producing state, his understanding of what legislation is being used to stunt our country's growth, and his separate Energy Production / Energy Independence proposal, just as big as his comprehensive economic commitment and reform plan called "Cut, Balance, and Grow".
So definitely Perry's multifaceted plans are being severely short changed, and they are marginalized when treated as if they are a simple tax reform program (an error even many of the televised media outlets are doing, probably out of laziness or a shortage of researchers to study the entirety of it all, lol).
However, his campaign needs to get more info out there for people to grasp this in every way possible. When they do that, hopefully we'll see people beginning to see the big... HUGE picture of these economic changes and along with those, the beginning of the American dream once again.
Thanks for sharing! I don't think I added much to what you said except a bunch of words! LOL Your post was basically right on!
That comment is anything but logical!
America needs Rick Perry to be President!!!
LOL Dick Morris should go suck some more toes and stop pretending to be caring about the Republica party or Republicans.
