I think Cain can hold his own. They both seem to like one another. We will see who is the statesman, and who is the zinger. Gingrich’s worst trait is that he is a career politician., attached to the Establishment. Cain is no politician, to his immense credit. He comes to us as a practical man who knows how to fix things, and that, for heaven’s sake, is what matters most today!

He hasn't been in Congress for 12 years but when he was there he was very effective. He ended the Democrats 40 year hold on the House and was instrumental in balancing the budget under Clinton. Of course, Clinton took credit for it and still does til this day.

Unless something changes, all we will know is what the press in attendance tell us. I expect it to be a friendly discussion since there will be no journalist playing "Let's you and him fight." Each will benefit.
