She also said these justices would protect privacypresumably a reference to the right to privacy the court invoked in the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision that legalized abortion in the United States. Lets not forget what it meant when my husband appointed those two brilliant Supreme Court justices,

Does that include more than one spouse? A child? An animal?

“privacy” in America means you can have an abortion as a minor without telling those responsible for you. It means you can “love whomever you choose,” get sterilized without telling your spouse, keep you HIV/AIDS a secret...
What “privacy” does NOT mean in America is an X-ray without probable cause at airports, the DHS or DOJ collecting information on citizens, road blocks with searches of all vehicles, forces blood tests for suspected DUI’s...
What a -perversion- of what that really means and was intended to protect one from.
The first, third, fifth and ninth Amendments play a role in the implied right to privacy, but the fourth Amendment is paramount: “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”
Liberals have to keep the people stupid, that way they can't read and understand what the Constitution says, allowing them to reinterpret the Constitution for them in a what they feel it should be understood, the “living document.”
If it vibrates, it's OK!

Does that include animals? Well PETA's going to court to make sure animals have the same Constitutional rights as humans. My guess on your question would be Yes.
I presume Sotomayer/Kagan/Obama also will defend the rights of lovers who engage in incest, pedophilia, necrophilia and any other type of relationship including bigamy, polygamy and polyandry.
To: Nachum
the justices her husband appointed to the Supreme Court will protect the right to love whomever we choose. I'm guessing that this means the White House supports incest, bigamy and polygamy.

The more restrictive, oppressive and controlling the state, the more sexually liberal and promiscuous society becomes (long term). Sex, drugs and alcohol becomes the only place where people can escape and still be free. The regimes in power at that point see sexuality and drugs as just another tool to control the masses.
