Saudi Arabia's controversial Islamist and preacher, Sheikh Awad al Qarni, offered a bounty of $100,000 for the kidnapping of any IDF in 'Palestine' who can be used as leverage to force Israel to release more terrorists from its prisons.
Qarni said on his Facebook page, "This award is in response to the allocation of funds to settlers who kill Palestinians prisoners released."
Qarni claimed his initiative, highly praised by many in Saudi Arabia, was a response to reports in Israel's media that funds had been allocated by 'settlers' to kill terrorist Mustafa Muslimani, who was released under the deal for Gilad Shalit's freedom.
Muslimani murdered Binyamin and Talia Kahane on 31 December 2000. Friends and long-time donors to the Kahane family put a $100,000 dollar bounty on Muslimani when it was learned he was one of the 1,027 terrorists Israel agreed to exchange for kidnapped IDF soldier Gilad Shalit.

In political and strategic terms, I think Israel’s action here defies any justifiable explanation. The 1000+ enemies released will kill far more israelis. As soon as one is identified in an attack that kills anyone, the political price starts coming home, and will keep coming home for years.
Has there been any rational explanation anywhere of this deal, in a way that explains the israeli government’s thinking?

The world would have been a much safer place since then.We should have occupied Saudi Arabia, cutting the head off the Islamic hydra and taken over the oil at the same time.
It's not like strong reactions like this have not occurred throughout history. Our ball-lees response just emboldened Islamic leaders until we had to waste $ 1 trillion and over 6,000 of our best and brightest fighting worthless sand jockeys in hellholes like Iraq and Afghanistan.
Five years from now,as Iraq falls to IRan and Afghanistan is left to once again become a heroin fueled terrorist haven, we will see the folly of not having shock and awe on 9/12/01. The nexus of Jihad is Saudi Arabia in teaching, finance, and developing terrorists.

It’s the “Death to Israel” part that confuses people. As soon as they hear that, they figure, “oh, it’s just somebody trying to kill the Jooos! again. Nothing to do with us,” and they shut out the rest of it. Hitler used to do the same thing, only back then there wasn’t a Jooo!land to solidify the fallacy around, and he had to be much more emphatic to mesmerize people into either following him or tuning him out. It’s much easier now, though, and a bit of overheated rhetoric even from a merely so-so speaker suffices.
So just as Hitler duped the Ukranian peasantry into believing his soldiers were there to liberate him from the Jooos! and their communism, the Islamofascists have duped the POTUS and the whole DOP into believing their just PO’d about the “occupation” of the “West Bank” and those wascally Jooos! with their wacist Zionism. How about $100K to kidnap that Saudi cleric, then post ransom pics of him perched on the drop seat of a pig blood-filled dunking booth?
If this individual can offer $100K to kidnap Israeli citizens, Israel is 100 percent within its rights to bring him in for prosecution (soliciting of kidnapping, a felony) the way it brought in Adolf Eichmann.
But, if we abduct him from Saudi Arabia, Saudi Arabia will be mad at us and stop being our friends./sarc
