You are certifiable.
NATO and their supported allies, the Kosovo KLA terrorist, drug runner, white slaver, kidnap for ransom organized criminals are the group that genocided the Serbs under the watchful eye of the UN rape squads. Russian involvement was limited to their ability, which was very much less at the time.
Russian attitude was demonstrated by General Michael Jackson's famous exchange with Weasely Clark,
"I'm not going to start the third world war for you," General Sir Mike Jackson, commander of the international KFOR peacekeeping force, is reported to have told Gen. Clark when he refused to accept an order to send assault troops to prevent Russian troops from taking over the airfield of Kosovo's provincial capital.
Russia was incapable of preventing the KLA/NATO/UN atrocities at that time. The Russian attitude remained, Putin withdrew, rebuilt and returned with the ability to successfully stop NATO and punish those that side with NATO. Now he simply watches as NATO commits suicide.
As a Russian, it's his job to do so, as NATO is actively destroying Slavs, and attempting to destroy Russians.
None of this means that he is a good guy.
Then Putin sent Muslim Chechen "peacekeepers" in the Red Army to Lebanon
Interesting, (and telling) that Putin is ordering the Chechen Muslims around, and The KLA Muslims are ordering NATO and the UN troops around.

Chechens sacked Georgia for themselves, not for Putin. Russia's stupid support for ethnic separatists in the Caucasus serves the interests of the Chechens. They are just biding their time and instituting sharia law while the stupid Russians have turned Chechnya over to them and armed them against Russia's Orthodox Christian neighbors! Russia has sown the seeds of its own destruction!
Finally some points worthy of discussion.
While it is true that the Chechen component of the Russian troops did "sack" and keep, they were inescapably under Russian orders, were forced to protect Russian nationals, and ordered to punish Georgians in general. All major economic takings went to Putin's Russia (the petro pipeline, ect.)
Effectively, this accomplishes: 1) Delivering an object lesson to the US, NATO, and would be NATO/EU economic wannabes.
2) Demonizes Islam and the Muslim thugs that did the dirty work.
3) Significantly increases the power and fear of Russia.
4) Delivers an object lesson to "Christian" societies that side with Islamicists and their allies using the Muslims they seek to support to kill them.
You are misreading the Caucasus mountainous areas. The Muslim terrorist will guerrilla on there forever. Putin has subjugated the cities larger towns and their entire military, the current real dangers to Russia.

You MAY have a point here, as terrorist Islam has repeatedly subjugated societies with the infiltrate, sabotage and conquer strategy. Then again, the Islamicists may have to wait until Putin dies as the first Vlad taught them. Russia may NEVER lose these battles picked on their terms.
