A fawning letter sent by Prince Charles to Colonel Gaddafi has been discovered at one of the despot’s palaces in Libya. Addressing the dictator as ‘Your Excellency’, the heir to the throne called for greater ties between the two nations.
It is the latest embarrassing link to emerge between the British Establishment and Gaddafi’s hated regime, and follows revelations his brother Prince Andrew was also used as a go-between.

The Gadafy murder puts the Obama Administration in a quandary. They took out Osama unilaterally invading another country without due process of law or advise and consent. They took out an American citizen without due process of law. They invaded Libya without advise and consent, resulting in the butcher of its dictator. The Obama Administration has broken every ideal they criticized Bush on and called for the closing of Gitmo about, all for the need for a bump in the polls - to look tough in forein policy because his domestic policy has failed miserably.
Western governments have been bowing down to Godaffy for decades! This is nothing new.
The left loved Gadaffi right up until he sided against Al Qaeda and “cooperated” with the WOT (or pretended to).

The letter thanks Gadaffi for making it easier for Christians to worship in Libya. What other Islamic state has been doing that? Is the Daily Mail suggesting that shouldn’t have been encouraged?
Diplomatic etiquette is what it is. Charles didn’t write the playbook or make up on his own the terms of address. Platitudes hoping for better international ties are standard boilerplate. What’s the big deal?
I believe this Charles cat’s DNA has been spinning in the wrong direction for some time.
This is the same man who left Princess Diana for Camilla Parker-Bowles, purportedly even on his wedding night. Sort of puts his opinions in context, don’t it?

I think it is more than just trying to look tough, I think that he wants a united caliphate that he probably believes would be an equal to the United States.
I'd feel pity for the whole British "empire" if we didn't have our own embarrassment sitting in the Oval Office. Ain't got time to pity anyone else.
