WASHINGTON Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., hailed the death of Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi Thursday but chastised Congress for its hesitance to assist anti-Gadhafi Libyan rebels and for criticizing President Barack Obamas use of U.S. military resources to assist in air strikes.
Im very disappointed in Congress, said Graham, a member of the Senate Armed Services Committee. Congress took an irrational view of the War Powers Act. I guarantee you that a lot Republicans who wanted the War Power Act invoked would not have asked for it to be invoked if President Obama were not president. To me, national security should be as bipartisan as possible.

Lindsey Graham says GOP opposed Libya mission because Obama was president
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
And the problem with that is.....?
Look. It’s a simple rule. ANYTHING Zero is for - I’m against.
For what it’s worth I sent the fat girlyguy a nasty gram.
Now, where is the pic of Lynda with the candy curls, ala Scarlett? This thread is screaming for it!
Lindsey: “ I heart sharia”
We need a new rule. Any post about this clown needs to be accompanies by that picture of him with eye makeup on!
What a fag.
True. He’s already a eunuch.
What a maroon
Recall this ahole. And exile him to Sharia Libya.
Lindsey is a worthless homosexual that belongs in the DNC.
Hey Lindsey STFU.
Feel free to switch parties.........
We got rid of a dictator we knew for a bunch of terrorists we don’t know..
Not a real good deal in my book...........
So the Republican Party is actually in favor of using US military resources to help overthrow Gadaffi so Libya’s resouces and military arsenal can be turned over to a bunch of AQ backed muslim “rebels”?
Why do the fools in his state keep reelecting this obvious moron?
Well, what else can you expect from Juan McCain’s boyfriend?
In the first place, this “war” was totally illegal.
In the second place, it was completely against our national interest, and that of Western Civilization.
In the third place, he didn’t even bother to ask congress about it—unlike George Bush, who got their consent for Iraq, altough they pretended he hadn’t.
In the fourth place, it was not even clear who was running it, since Obama shuffled it off on NATO or the UN or something, it’s not clear exactly what.
And finally, as several have already noted, the Republicans have hardly uttered a squeak. Boehner wrote Obama a letter, which as far as I know was never published, and that was it.
The American People are very displeased with Senator Graham.
As time goes on, and we see what happens in Libya, half-wits like Graham will understand why we’ve screwed up there, and with the rest of our democratizing Islam efforts.
No Lindsey. Many of us were opposed because we had a good idea it could lead to another even more radical Muslem state plus a huge stockpile of weapons that are now in more radical hands than before.
I’m sure the dims would welcome you with open arms. Why don’t you make us all happy!
An insult to morons everywhere.
