I’m not against all vaccines. All of my kids are up to date with “everything”. This vaccine cannot prevent HPV! It says so on their own damned commercials! Why the hell is this vaccine so necessary?
I have heard plenty of bad things about this vaccine, and it’s not from the zealots!
Viruses mutate on a regular basis! Nobody can possibly keep up with the ever changing strains of them. Therefore, it is impossible to come up with a vaccine that will prevent all HPV! So why are we trying to force the issue on this?
All three of my kids got the flu shot last year(that’s how much of a zealot I am). And guess what, everybody got the flu!

Why the hell is this vaccine so necessary?Because your government wants you and your kids to be happy, and your government believes that, in order to be happy, you need to have sex with as many different people in as many different ways as possible.

It doesn't prevent all types of HPV, but it does prevent the major players. Would you say you're not going to use seat belts and air bags because they won't protect against all instances of vehicular-induced injury and death? As far as flu shots go, there are many strains of flu. Flu shots for the upcoming flu season are made from the strain that looks most likely to predominate. Sometimes that works; sometimes it doesn't.
