used a pretext to catch Biden off guard in a Senate hallway and grill him on claims the vice president has made about jobs legislation.

If this is a violation, then the reporter should face whatever consequences are applicable. But, this works both ways. Why was the reporter unwilling/unable to challenge Biden on his 'rape' remarks in a legitimate setting?

I think, just maybe, this is why Mr. Mattera went about it the way he did.

When was the last time that Hussein had a question and answer session without an audience hand picked beforehand?
