Obama could have easily posted a clean document that could be easily and objectively certifiable. He didn't and that's a fact.

Hence my conclusion (among other reasoning and proof) that it is legitimate: no forger would produce a document as proof of eligibility which proved ineligibility.

Don’t forget to explain how they got the Hawaii officials to say that two certified copies were sent (which implies two distinct seals). Also remember to explain the high res image that has a different seal than the “forged” copy but none of the evidence of “forgery”.
