I was thinking “isn’t George Soros Hungarian, not Serbian?” And then I read the article, and noticed that it was the organization that is Serbian, and what you meant to write was “Soros-funded Serbian organization.” That little hyphen, and different word placement, makes a big difference.

I found an interesting reference to Soros in a Russian article awhile back:
