Cain claiming he didn’t say something he did, after he contradicted himself (deal with Al Qaeda). Again. Sounds like it was a pretty specific question and answer.

Calm down. He wouldn't do it - he should - but he won't. It's a talking point.

CNN just s*cks with many of these questions. I am so disgusted with them! yeah, this turned into the Mitt Show real quick then degenerated into a Mitt and Rick hissy fit. The only adults on stage have been Gingrich and Cain.

Anderson Cooper’s mother is the heiress Gloria Vanderbilt. I read an interview with Cooper many years ago, and the reporter mentioned the huge painting of Gloria hanging on the wall above Cooper’s bed - kid you not, lol.

That’s a bit of a leap, isn’t it? Michele is beating up on Cain, ergo she’s a Romney supporter.

The front runner always gets beat up. Perry found that out. Cain needs to learn to handle it.

Paul wants to denigrate Reagan at a Republican debate? He just shot himself perhaps fatally.

You’ve got me wrong.

I love Texas. I love Texans. I wish I could live in Texas.

HOWEVER.

It is Axelrod and Plouffe’s dream to run against Bush. The visuals are very difficult for a Perry candidacy. I do not believe a Texan can be elected so soon after the Bush disaster.

Of course, I’ve come to think of NRO as the enemy within...

****

That happened years ago. Ann Coulter was right when she called them girly-men.

The weather has always played a key part of Divine Providence in American History. Viz the fogs that protected Washington’s withdrawals from New York, the thawing of frozen ground into mud just as the rebel army got past it as they retreated from Trenton, chased by the British and Hessians, the mighty gale that hit the British Fleet in Hampton Roads during the War on 1812. There are MANY others.

Perry was strong throughout, mixed it up a bit with Romney, hit energy, states rights, and defund the UN....good solid performance that will keep the contributions coming in...

Probably Perry's best debate so far. Mostly because he at least seems to wants to be there and contribute. He still looks uncomfortable to me when he gets questions outside his comfort zone, but I think he is doing much better.

I actually think all the candidates have done pretty well in what has been a fairly combative debate. I even think Paul has been decent and I mostly consider him a nutcase who I'd never vote for in the primaries.

CNN just give a big RINO bump of support for Establishment Mitt Romney. It is so obvious. It is disgusting.
