Good on Perry going after the U.N.!
I would agree!
“Take that all you mormon haters on FR! This is America!”
Name names.
Who “hated mormons” and what did they say?
I’ve not heard anyone here “hate mormons”. I’ve heard lots of mormons say that... without evidence.
I’ve yet to hear anyone say a mormon shouldn’t run for POTUS. I’ve only read some say they personally couldn’t violate their conscience and cast their personal vote for a mormon. They have that right.
Because he was supposedly answering a question about how he said the opposite.
There are so many Cain supporters on this thread that I don’t feel I’m getting a true picture of Perry’s performance. Glad to see your comment that he seems natural and real, cuz he is.
I will watch the repeat later.
I don’t think rivers are that big a problem, you just move the fence up the bank a little bit. But there may be some places where cliffs, canyons and such would make it problematic. If you built one, you might have to have it divert away from the border in places.
As long as Cain stays away from 999, he is okay. That idea is an albatross.
Laughing at Perry talking about ‘going through proper channels’. That works for illegals too, Perry!
Take that all you mormon haters on FR! This is America!

Not a one of us so called “mormon haters” is saying Mormons don’t have a right to practice their faith. However, faith should be an issue for individual voters.
I will not vote for a man who wears the apron of Lucifer’s priesthood and has made vows (along with blood oaths) to use everything (including money and power) for the building up of the LDS church - a church that lies to its own members. (and yes I can source ALL of that from LDS sources).
I don’t hate Mormons, I do hate Mormonism and the same first amendment that protects them protects those of us who speak out against a non-Christian cult. I love Mormons enough to tell them the truth about their religion, things most members don’t know about.
The question was a trap and no one fell for it. Newt is right religion does matter and Romney doesn’t follow the same God as Christians do. Period. I used to be Mormon, I know exactly what they believe and why Christians should not vote for them. I am not stating the government should institute an unconstitutional religious requirement, but individual voters should.
And if I had a nickel for every time a Perry supporter said that the concept of a FReepathon would have ended long ago.
I’ve already imagined Gov. Perry’s performance, which is why I have abandoned that candidacy.
Oh d-d-d-dear...
Ron Pauls gettin cwazah.
Yeah... Perry ain’t the guy.
Damn right!
develop amnesia
I don’t think Texans would elect him for 10 years is he had amnesia. Besides, I love his answer to defund United Nations.
If his “performance” is natural and real he is in a heck of a lot more trouble than I thought. Natural and real is not getting it done for him...and I’m someone who wanted to get to know this guy because I initially liked what I had heard and saw.
Texans talk slower because they think before they speak.
“Three wives.”
Yeah, Nancy, Hillary! and Scozzafava ...
