War crimes laws only apply to those who try to adhere to them. You see, the purpose of a war crime law is the same as drawing a line in the sand. If one side crosses the line, the other side is justified in action... only thing is now-a-days, the one trying to abide by the laws are always painted as the aggressors, and the “offended” never need to quote a law to justify their actions, al they need is to claim occupation by their enemy.
Israel exchanged 1000 prisoners for this soldier? I’m just surprised they deal with terrorists like this.....we wouldn’t do this...right?
It is so beyond wrong to allow/force an interview in a situation like this , especially when his captor is standing behind him with his hands near his neck .
