Actions by Mexican drug cartels are consistent with what the U.S. would consider to be terrorism or insurgency in other parts of the world, a State Department official told lawmakers on Thursday.

Don't forget to give due credit to the policies that keep the prices of those drugs artificially inflated.
Why no blizzards of UAV’s on the border? Or AC-130’s?
We should hear gun-fire nightly.
so our administration supported terrorism with guns, ammunition and grenades.
