t's official. WSBT first told you that a long-time St. Joseph County Democratic Chair Butch Morgan had resigned. But there was some confusion over whether that in fact did happen, until shortly before 10 p.m. when his attorney confirmed it.
Earlier Monday night, Morgans attorney told WSBT he was considering a leave of absence, not a resignation.
That was after Indiana State Democratic Chairman Dan Parker sent WSBT an email stating Morgan resigned effective at 6 p.m.
This comes as the St. Joseph County Prosecutor investigates the local Democratic Party for possible voter registration fraud. A South Bend Tribune and Howey Politics investigation revealed fake signatures on petitions in 2008 to get Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton's names on Indiana's primary ballot.

This is related to this article I posted last week:
"Ex-Indiana governor(Kernan): That's not my signature on Obama petition" http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2791734/posts
BOTTOM LINE: Without massive fraud, inclusing FORGING the signature of several Indiana Democratic Party notables, including the preceding Dem Gov Joe Kernan, Barack Obama WOULD NOT have qualified for the Indiana Democratic Party primary in the Indiana 2nd Congressional District!
Just more of that Democrat Voter Fraud the left denies ever happens. I wonder if this will get any national Media traction?? (Yeah, yeah, I know....)

Nothing seems to come of any of these. Nothing will happen.......I just received this email from USJF.
Supreme Court rejects challenge to Obamas eligibility
Congress didn't care one iota, SCOTUS won't touch it after the verbal abuse they took after Bush v. Gore in 2000. We are doomed to another four years of this a$$hat and then his job will truly be completed.

Barack Obama won by using fraud?
Who, besides an elected Republican afraid of being called a racist couldn't figure that one out?

What are the consequences? A recall? Declare the candidate null, void the election results?
If there are no consequences, indluding jail time, then expect it to continue.

Heck I remember the Mayor of Gary , IN, coming on t.v. concerning the lack of voter returns for the primary.
He stated, " We will announce the results of the primary, when we have the results we want."
I took him at word, there are darn few fair elections in that corner of the world.

I think people are wasting time and good money trying to get Obama's election overturned. That train has left the station. In the time we have left we should get as many states as possible to pass legislation requiring a candidate to prove eligibility before being put on the ballot. When Obama can't get on the ballot on a dozen states, I think the truth will become clear and the electorate will do it's part to enforce the Constitution.

They’re reporting it on FOXNEWS right now. Reporting the story and Eric Holcomb, the Indiana GOP chairman, is calling for a federal investigation.

The damage by the Won and his propagandists have already been done. We tried that down here in AZ and they laughed so hard that even Jan Brewer was not going to have any of it.
Brewer vetoes 'birther' bill Citizenship proof from presidential hopefuls 'a bridge too far,' she says
I worked hard for three sessions get this out of the legislature and even Brewer, of SB 1070 fame, wouldn't go there. What's the use - America wants this a$$hat in the WH to assuage their slave guilt. Let's get over it.

I worked hard for three sessions get this out of the legislature and even Brewer, of SB 1070 fame, wouldn't go there. Remember she was Secretary of State and therefore in charge of the proper handling of elections at the time Hussein was elected.
There are a lot of people in both parties who didn't do their jobs for whatever reason and now they have a vested interest in killing the eligibility question IMO.
I'm not saying she was complicit with the fraudsters, but she probably shouldn't have taken the words of anyone in the now almost completely corrupt Dem party.
