OLYMPIA, Wash. (AP) -- Washington state officials on Monday released copies of signature petitions that forced a vote on a 2009 domestic partnership law, disclosing the names of signers after a judge rejected arguments that supporters could be harassed.
The Washington State Archives provided a DVD to The Associated Press showing the 138,000 signatures for Referendum 71. The release came despite an attorney's vow to appeal the ruling and seek temporary protection from the disclosure of names.

Release the names, of those who released the names, addresses included.
Forward it all to the Court for the record and request that the items be included in the file for future information should there be a need to appeal. Of take the items to the court directly with the request that they be preserved for that file.

The information is most likely under the public information release act. I don’t see this as any big deal especially two years later.
In that case, would idiot judge settles please order hussein to release all materials and texts relating to F&F and Solyndra? The purpose would certainly not to harrass hussein—just get him jailed on real life felonies.
Ah leftists. They want to grant the franchise to those who are here illegally but they want to actively suppress and intimidate the votes - even the thoughts - of those that oppose them.

All I know is...if you signed that petition and you get an unexpected knock at your door...answer it with a shotgun in hand.
I predict vandalism, harassment, and possibly even outright physical violence will ensue.
As much as I voted FOR Initiative 71 (which didn’t pass), I am damn glad I did NOT sign that petition. Several in my church did.

Who was the judge?
I would suspect that harassment of these people is going to follow. So, I suggest that they all get together somehow and form a sort of limited legal corporation, and each contribute 10 dollars a month. Then, they hire a high power law firm and get ready to hire private investigators and file lawsuits against people harassing members of the LLC. Just a suggestion, maybe there is something better they can do though. The worst thing they can do is let the left attack them without responding.
Actually I did just that when they published my name for signing the petition in MA. I had an Opinion Column and wrote one where I identified the two guys behind Knowthyneighbor.org and put their business address in it as well. They called my Editor to complain. Tuff luck!
