I CERTAINLY do not excuse the fact that Kelly Stewart committed adultery. He did, he admitted he did. What he will not admit to are the false charges of kidnapping and rape made by the woman who took part in consensual intimacy with Kelly. The fact that Kelly's wife and their entire family is standing by him says a great deal.
What is a travesty is the fact that Kelly Stewart was not allowed to defend himself against the false charges made by his accuser.
