J. Christian Adams, former Justice Department attorney and author of a recent book on the subject, explains why Eric Holder is not being forthright and transparent on the current scandals of the Obama administration such as Fast and Furious. If he knew about these very serious violations of federal law he should be removed for malfeasance of office. If, as is very unlikely just given the evidence that's already come to light, he didn't know about these major crimes he should be removed for incompetence and allowing Justice to run out-of-control. The next step is to determine what Obama knew and when he knew it.

It's not enough to remove him from office. Misprison of a felony is itself a crime and deserves criminal prosecution. Doing so under color of authority adds enhancements to the crime and to the penalty. In a just society, anyway.

By not telling the truth, Holder, in my opinion, is complicit and should be tried accordingly and do prison time. Every Elitist Politician that had any part in the current scandals, including those that know the truth and have kept quiet, should be in prison. The DOJ and the current Regime are not above the law. This country is based on our Constitution and our laws. Those that seek to undermine and circumvent the law must go to prison just like everyone else who is convicted and found guilty including those in the White House and members of Congress. Do we have enough prison space?
It’s time for We the People to clean up the corruption in our government at every level. If we do any less, we can kiss our country, our freedom, and our future goodbye.

Ladies and Gentlemen,
I know the site is chock full of great ping lists so maybe adding another seems presumptuous. But it has been brought to my attention several times now that the expectation of possible violence before, during, and after the election has escalated exponentially. A lot of people on this site are sounding alarms and preparing for the worst...but many are not.
SO!!!
Asking you guys if you think it's time for a "Prepper" Ping List which might include ways to keep in contact with each other if necessary. I've been on a couple of threads like this and there are a myriad of good tips and advice throughout, but few people have seen them. Let me know what you think.
The law in our state, Florida, says that anyone who is in any way responsible or even associated to events of a crime that results in a death, even one of the perps, is also punishable with the death penalty.
My impulse is to say have at it but my more sinister side says to put him in SuperMax to spend the rest of his life, however long he can hold onto it, with the worst of the worst. He would most likely do the only and last honorable thing in his life before accepting being incarcerated there.
Iran has been funding (and building) the IEDs that have been maiming and killing our troops for 8 years.

Obama knew about fast and Furious the whole time. he instigated it so that he could make an attempt to steal our 2nd. Amendment rights.It blew up in his face.Yet he still sits in the White House.

You have got that right.
Those who still think our government’s legal process will clean up it’s own corruption are well-meaning but naive fools.
Expect Brian Terry’s family to file a civil lawsuit against Holder as accessory to murder. But it should be done after Zero is out of office so that he can’t pardon his butt buddie.
Holder is not as clever and cunning as he thinks he is and unfolding events will prove it.

With the Occupiers in Wall Street and now all around the country I wonder if the end game is for the Obama administration to anticipate the revolt from the Tea Party (since the Obama administration is corrupt) but have a leg up since they already have these loser mobs all around the country to engage in violent actions against the Tea Party?
