Cain the TALKER has no record on fiscal and social issues he has only TALKING and rhetoric. It is not anymore between the establishment and non establishment of the Republican Party. It is between those who want to vote for someone who has a governing record to judge him with versus the RED MEAT crowds/CRAZIES who want to vote for someone with no governing record but gives them the stupid red meat bumper sticker rhetoric.
