At any rate, Gov. Perry drops out (and so do others), as I see it, and as this critical shift starts, it is up to Cain to really focus in on Mitt Romney from his Conservative/Tea Party Wing de-facto leadership position, and vanquish the RINO Establishment and Mitts but good. There is a lot of debate and TV script/narrative material that can be used to knock Mitt out of the top tier for this nomination, even if the slick RINO-in-Chief thinks he can buy this thing outright or reel it in the boat on the strength of big name GOP establishment types’ endorsements alone. The Base will coalesce and revolt anyway, 1980 style, Herman Cain will be the perfect stalking horse to take down Mitt politically in the late autumn and winter. You heard it here first; some of these other people saying or intimating (without a shred of evidence) that some kind of collusion existed or exists between Mr. Cain and Gov. Romney I think needed to have their heads examined.

“some of these other people saying or intimating (without a shred of evidence) that some kind of collusion existed or exists between Mr. Cain and Gov. Romney “

What do you mean “without any evidence”.

This feeble “attack” itself is evidence. All Cain can say is that Romney’s economic plan is “a little weak” and that is the only thing he can think to criticize him about? And Cain himself said that he would be willing to be anyone’s VP, but not Perry’s — well, who else is there, except Romney? Cain is clearly Romney’s surrogate — Cain attacked Perry, even said he couldn’t even support him in the general election, but can’t manage to say anything negative about Romney. In another article the worst Cain could say is that Romney is “not a staunch conservative”.

Romney was also pushing Cain — he is happy if people vote for himself OR CAIN — precisely because Cain is there to split the conservative vote to help Romney.

And where do you think all the talk of Romney/Cain is coming from too?

How much more evidence do you need?!

Knowing full well Cain was in the race well before Perry ever was or anyone even knew Perry might be interested in running, the Perry supporters continue with the narrative that Cain is the race to siphon votes away from Perry. Nevermind the fact that Romney is being complimentary to other conservative candidates to try to split us into multiple camps - you notice the softball question he threw to Bachmann in the last debate in order to give her an opportunity to speak at length in an obvious attempt to siphon at least a few points off of Herman Cain who is nipping at his heals (otherwise his decision to ask his question of Bachmann makes no sense). The Perry supporters are as a bad as the Paul supporters anymore.
