You simply electrify the fence every 100 feet or so. Put up a big steel pole, with the equipment on top, and fire it up. Do a DC drop on that sucker (what was Michele Malkin said ~ 9 amp?) and you don’t have to overcome miles and miles of conductor.

What are you talking about? “Put up a big steel pole, with the equipment on top, and fire it up.” What does that mean? I described putting a circuit shunt along a length of the electrified conductors and cutting it out of the circuit. That defeats the electric fence while keeping any voltage sensors from being alerted. And you talk about putting a DC drop on it. What is a DC drop? You do not address the simple method I described to defeat the electric fence.

One more thought. Electric fences are for animal control. They do not work for humans who are much more innovative and can defeat any electric fence.
