Wall Street protesters march again in NYC (5,000 clueless idiots)

Thousands of anti-Wall Street protesters rallied in Times Square on Saturday, buoyed by a global day of demonstrations backing their month-long campaign against economic inequality.

Protesters tromped through the streets of the city's financial district to protest the role that big banks played in the nation's financial crisis, banging drums and chanting, "We got sold out, banks got bailed out," and "All day, all week, occupy Wall Street."

Over the past month, the protests have expanded from New York's financial district to cities across the United States and abroad. Demonstrations were called this weekend in the U.S., Canada and Europe, as well as in Asia and Africa.

In New York, where the movement began when protesters set up camp in a Lower Manhattan park on September 17, organizers said the protest grew to at least 5,000 people as they marched to Times Square from their makeshift outdoor headquarters.

Bloomberg should have stopped this weeks ago thereagain he’s in on it hence his “concern” when he stated a few weeks ago that they’d get violent.

Isn’t it ironic that the same media that crawled through Sarah Palin’s garbage and went through thousands of her eMails shows no curiosity at all over where the money originates to feed 5,000 of these useless idiots everyday?

And that is just at the one location in NYC.

The story line of Joe Six-Pack from Smallville USA calling in enough pizza orders to feed them every day is wearing thin.

These operations are springing up all over the US and they instantly have resources available to set up “kitchen” tents, first aid stations and even “library” tents to pass out prepared propaganda.

There is a lot of money flowing in from behind the scene to finance these operations and no curiosity within the media as to where it is coming from.

Bloomberg should have stopped this weeks ago there again he’s in on it hence his “concern” when he stated a few weeks ago that they’d get violent.

Three Things To Remember:

1. Brookfield Properties, the Owners of Zuccotti Park, the mob's headquarters, recently received a $168 million loan guarantee from the Obama administration to build a wind farm. (some reports put the amount at $135 million)

2. The Law firm of Oldaker, Biden & Belair, founded by Joe Biden’s son, are the lobbyists for Brookfield Properties, the owners of Zuccotti Park.

3. NYC Mayor Mike Bloomberg's long time lady friend, Diana L. Taylor, is on the board of directors for Brookfield Properties.

Just read in the article that Bloomberg’s girlfriend is on the board of the group that owns the park.

Hands off, Bloomy! Your girlfriend needs her payments from Soros!

I've been asking the same thing. Glen Beck pointed out that they had their own newspaper and even hired a PR firm. When the dust settles we'll find people like MoveOn.org, Open Society, the Tides foundation all somehow lending support to this. This will eventually lead back to Soros. He knows his sock puppet in the WH is toast. He was hoping things would hold together long enough to give the magic muslim one more term, but it's falling apart too fast. The thing to watch for is an escalation in violence and the suspension of elections.

I want to believe this is all my own paranoia, but when Beck was talking about this back in January or February I thought he was crazy. Now, not so much.

I could understand this if the younger generation was protesting the debt left to them by obozo but this going on right now doesn’t make any sense. They would have every right to complain about what’s being left to them and their children - who are OUR children and grandchildren!

The ones who should be protesting about paying obozo’s debts is the younger generation who are working for a living, not living off trust funds, Mom or Dad or career students with someone else paying the freight or even better taking out college loans with no intention of repaying them or working a job to pay for college. It’s clear that there aren’t any workers among this mob.

I don’t think there’s any answer other than Marxism. Guess they got their money’s worth from their education. They probably didn’t learn any different from their parents either.

I’m so sick and tired of hearing the parallels to the TEA Party Rallies. No one will report that there is a big difference - those members rallied for a day or two in one area and didn’t take over whole parks or cities for days/weeks/months on end. And guess who got the criticism?

How are we supposed to deal with hypocrisy and stupidity like this?

but this going on right now doesn’t make any sense.

It makes perfect sense actually. The left knows our debt situation will soon require deep austerity and a curtailment of the social welfare state. The nanny state is failing throughout the West and the far left agitators know it. This is their attempt to change the subject and put the focus on capitalism instead of the failure of government. The individual stooges on the street don't understand what is going on, but the leaders of this stuff know perfectly well.

Don't think even the most dire of circumstances will bring sense to these people. Just look at Greece as an example of what is eventually coming here. Europe might bail Greece out, but when our situation mirrors their - there will be no one to bail us out.

This is a live link to the Occupy Chicago demonstration. Not much going on, but some interesting chat in the sidebar. About getting supplies...something about they have to spend the money otherwise they have to give it back to the donors. Not sure what that’s all about....
