A fight over an order at a Manhattan McDonalds leads to complete chaos and it was all caught on tape.
The video contains images and audio of a graphic nature.
Sources tell CBS 2s Chris Wragge the stunning incident featured a cashier with a criminal past violently beating two female customers after they appear to provoke him by slapping him and then hopping the counter.
It was a horrific scene to watch. The cashier disappears into the back of the fast-food restaurant on West Fourth Street in Greenwich Village before returning with a metal rod he then used viciously on the two customers.
The gruesome act of violence early Thursday morning escalated after the customers argued and yelled obscenities at the cashier when he questioned a $50 bill they gave him.
One of the female customers then slapped the cashier. A woman is then seen jumping over the counter, while the other woman goes behind the register. They are then savagely attacked.
Other customers watched in horror as other McDonalds workers tried unsuccessfully to stop the violence.
One female customer has a fractured skull and a broken arm. The other has a deep cut.
Rayon McIntosh, 31, was arrested and charged with felony assault. McIntosh served more than a decade in prison after shooting and killing a high school classmate in 2000. There was no immediate word if the customers would also be charged in the incident.

At one time in my life I thought I would work at Mickey D’s to supplement my retirement.
No More!! These folks (a term I use loosely) would make me cautious to work in any service industry.
Before this episode the two thought they were bad-asses.
They jumped him with intent to whip him and show him how tough they were.
They made a error in judgement and got an unexpected introduction to a real, genuine bad-ass.
The two ghetto sows should look at it as a learning experience.
What do you know about his previous conviction? Was he as guilty then as he is now?
NOW I know why inner city Baltimore KFCs have the counter behind bullet-proof glass. It’s for the employee’s protection from out of control thugs and thugettes.
It actually makes me kind of sad. The employee was simply doing his job. At least he was trying to work, and not be a welfare sponge. I've been to many "respectable" places that test $50 and $100 bills, like my local grocery.
What's this about?
>> Yet more antics by those named after synthetic fibers.
Yeah, Teflon might have served him better.
thanks for volunteering just in case we need you!!!!!Pray tell to what Utopia did you escape thereby freeing yourself from the yoke of oppression here in the United States??????
you treat the guy, who just had a gun to your wife's head, from whom you took the gun...with great respect...please, you would pound him into the ground and then cover him over....there is no such thing as over-reacting when you are scared and not a trained professional....the nwomen are lucky that they are still alive
Hell, they just went tribal, that’s all.
If more of these darn women would get their skulls fractured
they’d learn not to mess with us men.
Looks to me like they deserved it.
Good morning,
Would you like to try a “Whacka, Whacka, Lotov, with your Big Smack?’
Sweet or unsweet?
This would have happened if Ronald McDonald was there.
I moved to Japan for work 14 years ago. Its a fantastic place. We have several FReepers here in Tokyo too.
Horse manure.
You make sure the animals don’t get back up.
Sure... try telling that to Bernie Goetz. I expect he'd tell you about how his year in prison and the $43 million civil verdict against him when you were done.
The law allows deadly force in defense against an immediate threat of great bodily harm or death. It doesn't allow it simply to detain your attackers on the floor when there's a bunch of other people around who could help you.
(Cue the video of the little kid crying "That's RACIST!")
If they DO send him back to prison, it ought to be as a guard. He has skillz.
