She did not do anything wrong. Nowadays "tolerance" goes only one way.

Have you now or ever said anything critical of the "LGBT community?"

Give them a decade, and our public schools will put up displays promoting polygamy, incest and bestiality.

We are already living in Communist China.

In the Old America, one had a right to air his views, regardless of whether others thought them repugnant.

The free marketplace of ideas, and commerce, would accept or reject such.

In the New American Collective, ideas are not subject to market forces, but rather to preconceived political correctness filters imposed by government and business.

Of course, the OWS communists can promote hatred of Jews, anti-white and anti-mail discrimination, and class hatred (”Kill the Rich”), but they are given a pass by the political correctness filters.

What constitutes an “anti-gay” entry?

Wonder if this “school” still has any Christmas displays?

The promoters of tolerance, diversity and anti-discrimination see nothing wrong with stomping out ideas, beliefs and people they don’t agree with and discriminating against anyone who doesn’t toe their “progressive” line.

her views in lengthy exchanges with other Facebook users, referring at times to God and her Christian beliefs....... “The district is taking the matter very seriously,” said Union’s superintendent of schools, Patrick Martin. “We are running a thorough investigation. We will take all appropriate actions.”

Political correctness - designed to prevent people from speaking out against the left wing voting blocks and their agenda. Christians aren't a left wing voting block.

This has nothing to do with "tolerance." It has everything to do with control.

If some choose to be homo, why can't some chose the opposite? Since when do politicians decide what a free citizen has to believe? Where is the tolerance for normalcy?

At a time when kids are in desperate need of role models, teachers are controlled by the State and not allowed to fulfill this function.

SICK!

A New Jersey high school teacher became the center of a Facebook controversy on Thursday after writing on the site that “homosexuality is a perverted spirit that has existed from the beginning of creation”

She is right, there are many who think that the eating of the fruit in the garden of Eden was a homosexuals act performed on Adam by Lucifer.

And when you consider the way God speaks about male on male homosexuality in His book, the Bible, that thinking starts to make a lot of sense. In the Old Testament, He calls for their death, in the New Testament, He uses it as a punishment against radical evolutionist.

But I guess that telling the truth by a teacher is a crime in the eyes of the nyslimes.

No one should be on Facebook. It mixes the personal (including religious and political) too much with one’s professional life.

Now Facebook is working to kill ANY Internet anonymity, by making people have to sign in on Internet forums with Facebook (i.e., their REAL NAMES)!!!!

http://www.npr.org/2011/09/28/140879480/who-are-you-really-activists-fight-for-pseudonyms?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter

Note that FR allows one to use screen-names. Without such anonymity, neither I nor many others would ever post anything here. My real name is all over the Internet because of professional activities, and I would not like a potential customer or colleague to also see my posts on FR under my real name.

I know that Facebook is SO successful “one-ninth of the world uses it”, “an example of American entrepreneurship”, blah, blah, blah. But I would like to see Facebook and Zuckerman taken down by some scandal, so that Facebook would have to go out of business!!!!

Facebook is EVIL, grasping, and imperialistic. Google is not much better, in many ways, but it is a necessary evil. Facebook is just evil, and not necessary.

Meanwhile, her fellow teachers preside over clsssrooms where nobody can read, write, or cipher. But that’s OK, just as long as they adhere rigidly to the PC opinions of the day.

“My concern is that if this teacher has these feelings, is she going to call out the bullying of a gay, lesbian and transgender person?”

How is it that dems can only bring everyone together by separating them. The total inequality is glaring. Why is it okay for the teens to have a way of thinking outside the norm and have those feelings propped up by everyone, yet the teacher (who is entitled to have her own thoughts on ANY matter-it’s called freedom) has to be under scutiny for what she states in private? These libs know nothing of equality, only double standards. Here’s a crazy question...is she a good teacher? Maybe she should be judged on that.

Pinging my self to this, I think I might send Ms Knox a referral for a good lawyer, no reason she shouldn’t retire young at the School Administration’s expense.

Her only problem is if she interacted about such with her students or members of her prayer group, but even then it is private communications and the NJEA though loath to defend traditional Christian beliefs, will defend her right to 1st Amendment Rights in the private sphere. Almost every clause in New Jersey teacher contracts regarding propriety outside the workplace has been struck down by the courts over the last three decades.

ON that alone I doubt Union is going to do much more than ask her to keep quiet until the GLBT professional activists get bored of harping about it.

Posting a photo a Harvey Milk purely to celebrate him through his sexual identity in a public school is really indefensible in the age of AIDS education awareness,
