I believe … in the direct hiring of 15 million unemployed Americans at $40,000 a head, some more than $40,000, some less than $40,000 — that’s a $600 billion stimulus. It could be a five-year program. For another $104 billion, we bailout all of the states … for another $100 billion, we bailout all of the cities,” he said.

Taxes, benefits, traininng, compliance, regulation.....not even talking about the additional cost of union jobs...

We have always had communists in Congress. We used to call them liberals and now we call them “progressives.”

Great story in the WSJ today about how Rhambo is trying to make the Chicago trash hauler union guys work more than 5 hours a day for 8 hours pay.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but if a clearly insane person meets the residency and age requirement prescribed in the Constitution, and is elected by his constituency, what mechanism or test exists to challenge his inability to participate in the process expected from a normal person?
