The Perry Walker Way
October 12th marks the launch of a new media and grassroots campaign aimed at confronting President Obamas Jobs Plan. With unemployment remaining at record levels, we can no longer rely on the past policies of out-of-control spending and taxation that continue to fail. We must look to leaders the have faced similar economic turmoil, but were able to obtain positive results.
Two of these examples are Governor Scott Walker in Wisconsin and Governor Rick Perry in Texas. Gov. Walker has led a manufacturing driven jobs recovery with the sector growing at a rate more than double the national average. Gov. Perrys policies during his tenure created over 1 million jobs even while the nation lost over 2 million jobs.
These successes are not limited to these two states, however. It is no coincidence that conservative governors lead the top 5 states with highest overall job growth and the top 5 states with highest manufacturing-sector growth (Aug 10- Aug 11). They have proven that jobs can return to America with the right policies and the right leader! ...

Although I do like your new look, fangirl! :)
Perry on recognizing the problem, jobs - jobs - jobs - jobs.
I caught it on Fox Business yesterday and that's exactly what I thought.
Tea Parties across the country are in no way united behind any one agenda. They claim to be united behind the constitution, but that seems to mean different things to different people, especially when personal interests are concerned.
I can't figure out why so many conservatives think Christie's the greatest. He didn't deal with anything as tough as Walker did and Walker saw it through. I sure hope the people in WI. are starting to see how good a Gov. he is.
This ad shows good people like Gov. Walker can and will do what is right for this country. Its a great ad. Stop knocking this ad, please. No one person will meet the totally conservative wish list as a candidate. Hang in there, folks as the ride will be bumpy.
It's good to see an alternative to the main stream talking points.
Aside: Perry does sound much like Strait when he speaks. I wonder if the governor has an 'ace in the hole'?
The TP is about smaller, less intrusive government and less spending (balanced budget)
We have that in Texas under Perry.
Perry sounds like and has the demeanor of a candidate plummeting towards dead last in national polls and every early primary state.
We'd have it in Texas under David Dewhurst or Kinky Friedman or Carole Keeton Foghorn Leghorn or Mark White, because Texans wouldn't put up with anything else.
Even Kinky wouldn't let the MeChistas take over the Alamo and reopen it as the Mate Los Gringos Bar & Grill (he don't se habla anyway, I don't think). Running off business, raising taxes -- there's certain things Texans are just intestinally opposed to, so Perry can't claim he "redeemed" us and turned Taxachusetts West into Texas by the force of his example!
Oh yeah, that is funny.
What’s even funnier is that his response would be that of a tree, fire hydrant or imaginary friend. ha ha!
And that might happen after a mega dose of Red Bull or electroshock. LOL!
you mean in the primaries, right ?
The original TP concept isn’t about anything other than what I described. (which was what my post entailed)
Perry IS a Texan and CAN lay claim to the things that make us great. can’t deny that.
