If you quit your job you cant receive 99 weeks of unemployment. You must have been terminated for one reason or another to be eligible.There is an exception to that rule: if your job is so bad that any reasonable person would be expected to quit under the same circumstances, then you can request a hearing. You do not have to endure the unendurable and your employer can't hold you hostage.
