The whole purpose of ridding the IRS it to get rid of that aspect.
Surely you don't think anyone in government (or Herman Cain) will eliminate the IRS without replacing it with some type of enforcement agency to make sure businesses are paying the correct corporate taxes, people are paying the correct income taxes, etc.?

In a perfect world we wouldn’t need an enforcement agency from the govt. at all PERIOD. Obama arming 1600 IRS agents with shotguns? This doesn’t seem troubling to you?
