Since last fall, the school board had grappled with how to better provide for "gay-straight alliances"… to provide safety from harassment bullying (or expressing reservation) to gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgender?.

Having morphed; soft core propaganda into, "Main Stream Media", and then, " Democrat Party" into the "Democratic Party", and then, "Homosexual" into "Gay" Now, morality based expressions of our childern, in public must be repressed &/or recorded as class I misdemeanors. Potentially hurtful thoughts or activities or similar violations by children, against the special protected class, gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender (anything queer) youth need be entered into the registry.
