I had not heard that before. Santorum seems to agree with that strategy.

Hussein cultist Huntsman said that wouldn't work, but he is standing alone there, I think.

I had not heard the "repeal" position from Romney before--just the "waiver" idea. Santorum attacked the waiver idea because California and New York wouldn't waiver it and then the small states would subsidize HusseinCare.
