Presidential candidate Herman Cain struck back at black leaders who criticized him as callous toward the poor and ignorant of history, saying he will not allow people who "don't want black people to think for themselves" to try and "intimidate" him into keeping silent.
The businessman and Republican presidential candidate, in an interview on Fox News, vigorously defended himself against critics unhappy with his recent comments on race and the Occupy Wall Street protesters. Singer Harry Belafonte called Cain a "bad apple." Princeton University professor Cornel West said Cain's remarks reflect a "coldness toward poor people."

Herman Cain who truly was until recently a virtual unknown had faith enough in himself to decide to run for President of the United States on his own. There was no Media hype/pressure/build-up about a possible run, there was no urging by members of the Party, no words spoken into his ear by party players, elites, beltway boys or pundits, not even a word of encouragement from the Republican Party of his home state only faith in himself. Now after months of being treated as being a inconsequential candidate the curious sideshow of a conservative black Republican, he is now in the top tier along with people of great party pull, of men with experienced political machines and the dollars to power them. He did that on his own with no help from anyone accept by his own. Now think what a man with faith in himself like that could accomplish if given the chance.

Everything the media and the left said would happen to Obama (but never did) is actually happening to Cain.
I suspect it will continue.

If the Klan gave lifetime achievement awards, Cornel West would be at or near the front of the line for recognition. The sheet heads must love West for his work in keeping black people down and helpless. As for Cain, he’s getting the press now to do a great deal of good. I will be thrilled if he wins next November, but either way, he’s going to help move many losers toward a more open mind.

Referring to Harry Belafonte and Cornel West as “leaders” is a big stretch, and blurs the definition of the word. Might as well add race pimps Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton into the list.

Palin is my first choice. But I am liking Cain a lot! I have been seeing some videos and readings some things. Best in the field, as far as I am concerned.
To: Kartographer
BS. Cain has been in the crony capitalist world all his career. Nothing is more political (including politics)
But hey he is good at playing the Race and VICTIM CARD.
Cain/Romney Romney/Cain Two peas in a pod.

Hey Rick - is that you? Sorry you don’t know how to perform during debates and you picked the wrong side of a crucial issue....many people had high hopes for you.
Your pathetic critiques of Cain are just another sign that you’ve lost it.
To: org.whodat
Cain is done. Romney endorsed him last night. “We are the Same, you can vote for him or me”
Now Ann Coulter has pick Romeny for Pres and Cain for VP.
( not having a Christie orgasim anymore)
The game is up. What I thought all along is true. The RINOS have been running a giant scam on conservs.
From now on refrain from your meaningless rants to me.
Your race bating/victim has been outted by Romney and Coulter.
IT’S OVER.
