The libs are falling all over themselves with convoluted theories that attempt to explain the contradiction of the “racist” Tea Party’s support of a Black candidate.

Herman’s campaign is getting traction and he is building the ‘big mo’ that he will need for the nomination and the general.

I don't see how anyone could support either Romney or Perry over Cain, and it's those three who are supposedly the only ones with a chance to win at this point. Supporting Perry is supporting illegal immigration.

Straw polls have always been a joke. In the past, if the presidential election were decided by a straw poll, 643 voters would show up and Ron Paul would win in a walk.

Straw polls are still largely meaningless on their own terms, but they might be having a broader effect in this election by doing what Ron Paul has been trying to do but failing to do: influencing a significant number of primary voters to seriously consider Herman Cain well in advance of the actual primaries. We'll see.

Amazing what happens when people base their votes based on their principals and ideas rather then media polling and campaign money.

This should of been a slam dunk for Romney. It is a poll taken in a liberal/moderate part of the USA. They should of been right at home with Romney’s Liberal political agenda.

That Romney did so poorly is real good news for the Tea Party/Conservative movement

Some talk of flavor of the month, but there is a difference between Perry and Cain. Perry’s rise was before he was seen in debates and Cain’s was after he was seen in debates.

I’m likely to vote for Cain in the primary, and I may even vote for him in the general, whether or not he gets the nomination (I’ll write him in rather than voting for Romney), but I’m not convinced he’ll be a great president. He has my support because he is a good man with normal values, and I believe he won’t be a terrible president, which is a HUGE step up from the drug-addled thug currently occupying our White House. Perhaps we could do better, but “better” isn’t running. I’ll take the best that we can get.

Romney is ahead of Cain by 18% in New Hampshire. So much for straw polls.

“...but they’ve got a priest on standby with a copy of the last rites.”

And the priest’s name is Ed Rollins.
