The Texas Public Policy Foundation seems to me to be one of those Soros’ Tide foundations funded shadowy dem groups based in Texas. Open Society is the mother with all her little fingers setting up these shadowy groups not only in Texas but throughout the states. They appear to have credible sourcing however with a closer look the sourcing has little credibility.
