I mean this very sincerely,, they should have been shot dead. They took a man against his will,, and threatened national treasures that are far more valuable than they.
Their “arab spring” can only go so far until it must be stopped by force.
Their side fears guns and has almost no training. Hope our nation goes no further down this road.

Gee, I’ll bet those who made a special trip to DC to see the Smithsonian aren’t too pleased with these idiots.

I cannot imagine how bad this makes AMerica look right now. Letting someone get away with showing even nudity, much less doing this to a cop car, without getting dragged off ot jail and caned. Then a horsewhipping administered by the parents after being sent home. This country is going to look horrifically weak in front of Russia, China, the Arab states, etc.

So when the demonstrators come to mess with museums and attractions....it really gives a negative view of everything, including the message that some dimwit protester might have. You end up with people from the heartland who are hostile, and people from overseas who shake their head over this confusing protest.
Yes, exactly. This is why, during the mid-1990s government shutdowns the MSM was all over the Mall, doing interviews with tourists who were pi**ed off that the Museums were closed.

Wonder what the game plan was there.
They were apparently going after the UAV exhibit.

The protestors have no plan, their coordinators.....they want a fight and these morons are just stupid enough to start one for them.
Too bad someone didn't direct them to "The Nation's Gun Show" going on this weekend at the Dulles Expo Center ...

The left is going nuts now saying that there would have been a peaceful demonstration but for a conservative that infiltrated their protest. LOL!
Conservative writer claims infiltration of D.C. protest

WASHINGTON - An editor for the conservative magazine The American Spectator claims to have infiltrated a group of anti-war protesters who swarmed the National Air and Space Museum only to be repelled by security guards using pepper spray.
The Washington museum was closed after the protest Saturday afternoon. Smithsonian officials said a group of 100 to 200 people tried to enter the museum but were barred by guards who said they could not bring in signs. Several were sickened by the spray.
Patrick Howley, an assistant editor at The American Spectator, wrote in a blog post that he was one of a “select few” protesters willing to storm the entrance and actually made it inside.
Howley could not be reached Monday, and his editors didn’t return messages seeking comment.
