PHOENIX - For the first time since Congressional hearings into the ATF's controversial Fast and Furious case started, Arizona sheriffs on both sides of the political aisle are joining forces.
Six sheriffs from Pinal, Cochise, LaPaz, Mohave, Greenlee, and Yavapai counties spoke outside of the Arizona capitol building Friday, saying they feel betrayed by the federal government and the way the Fast and Furious case was handled.
"If there is anything the President should apologize for, it's this," said Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu, a Republican. He also said Attorney General Eric Holder should resign or be fired.
Although Republican Congressional leaders have been leading the investigations into the Department of Justice, Babeu said the dissatisfaction with the Fast and Furious case is not a partisan issue.
"This is not a Democrat or Republican issue. This is a public safety issue," he said.
"It's embarrassing to this country and me," said LaPaz County Sheriff Don Lowery. "I've spent fifty years in uniform, and it's embarrassing for me to stand before you and apologize for people that we elect."

Usually that is the case but the only way Holder goes is if it has any effect on the O’s reelection run. Since few in the media think this is a real issue, that is killing 200 Mexican nationals and a US agent by the dumbest most corrupt investigative plan in US history, little will happen because Holder is as involnerable as that Mafia guy in the Godfather under the protection of a police captain (till Michael took them both out).
Boner and McConnell would be wise to take a hourly walk through Arlington so that spine and guts might rub off on the two eunuchs.

Fast and Furious guns have turned up at 122 crime scenes in Mexico. There must be some international laws about arming organized crime syndicates in foreign countries.

Besides, is it really necessary for him to show up? Anyone with half a brain knows just how much he despises Napolitano, Obama, and D.C. They have done nothing but tangle since Napolitano was elected Governor of AZ. The Sheriff also supports S.B. 1070 and has done so publicly.
So he is a narcissist now because he has decided to wait until there is more evidence before deciding? I thought this is what all good cops do.
