Always trying to protect us from ourselves. Scanning the pdf I see repeated mention of kids not working during 'school hours'. What a joke, does this mean they will force home schoolers to comply with the local districts hours? How the **** will they know when and if my child is working on the farm? Will they be spying on us? I saw mention of grandparents owning farm and there is no exemption for grandkids working there. This is very common, my son worked for his grandparents since I can remember. Who will enforce these new rules? A whole new agency that does nothing but check for kids working? geez

Not sure comments will do any good, but I'll do it. Plus contract my congress critter, who is a family farmer himself.

I suppose if a steer kicks the shin of a youngster and you take him to the doctor to have it checked, the doctor will then have to report it.

As for who is going to know if farm kids are working....probably the same people who will enforce dust rules making it a crime to drive down a dirt road.

Thanks for your comments and calls.
