In a way, I’m glad that Sarah won’t have to endure the slings and arrows that come with a long national campaign, especially when I take into account the severity she has had to endure thus far. Though she will never be free from criticism because of the obsessive hatred of her enemies, perhaps she can have a more influential role on the sidelines.
In the meantime, we are stuck with Romney (a candidate that the media won’t touch). Judging by the candidates that draw the most media fire, we know whom they fear and it’s not Romney.
I’m with you. I am not backing anyone at this time, but against almost everyone on this forum, I am leaning Newt... and by that I mean, I sure want his poll numbers to remain high enough to keep him in the race!

What then can be your purpose? Or is it that you just enjoy speaking spitefully of good people, even if they gave of themselves tirelessly to help push the entire Congress to the right? Even if they surrendered 10 Million dollars in potential income to keep themselves available for the race?
Oh yes, Sarah did that. She was offered a second season on her Alaska show. Turned it down so she and her family could instead enjoy many long months of slander, abuse, and death threats on your behalf and mine. Like Andy Griffith used to say, “You really somethin’” (shaking head in disbelief).

At this point I can’t help but think that she’s headed down a path of irrelevance. But I’d vote for her in a second.

My heartbreak and extreme disappointment comes from Sarah not doing what she said.
She said that she had a fire in her belly, and that she would need to see someone who filled a certain set of criteria running or else she would get in.
She said that she saw no such person in the current mix, and nobody else has jumped in since she said that.
She said that she had a legislative agenda for fixing what ails America, and then she laid out a platform policy for ending Crony Capitalism.
Think of the thousands of volunteers in Iowa alone, who worked tirelessly to organize her ground game so everything would be in place when she announced in every county in the state. In Texas. South Carolina. Ohio. You get the point.
I would have been pefectly happy had she simply done what she said she was going to do.
