I really like Bachmann as she's the most conservative candidate in the mix. But her campaign is floundering and I don't know if she can bring it around.
Cain is doing exceptionally well while Perry is dropping like a rock, his own doing, of course.

Way too early for me to switch horses. I'll let the debates and stuff playout for now. Hey Jim into 2008 we had polls that were very useful in measuring the temperature here. Can we get them back for this primary season?

Michele Bachmann has faded, and may not recover. I can’t accept Perry, because he’s a Democrat, a statist, and an open borders advocate. I do not believe Herman Cain can go the distance. Rick Santorum is a lovely man but not a leader for hard times, AND he lost his seat by 20 points, which is a bad sign.

I’m looking at Newt.

Cain.
I like Bachmann, but she made too many mistakes. Too bad, because I thought she would have made a great President.

I’m on the Cain Train, Jim. I tried to see him earlier at the St Pete Barnes & Noble. I drove up just as the bus was leaving. Dang it! Cool bus, though.

Personally, there are many qualified candidate but when push comes to shove BHO will win reelection, not by much but he will win.
Yes, we are that point in our human history.

I prefer Cain but answer (the question is, who has best chance to BEAT Willard and Obama) Perry, for this reason:
Cain would be savaged (well, extra savaged) because he is a conservative black. I have seen what the MSM and, alas, swing voters do to conservative blacks or even liberal ones who step momentarily off the proverbial plantation (Juan Williams). Once it became clear Cain was the nominee, it would be a vitriolfest to make 2008’s bias look moderate by comparison.

1) Cain
2) Perry
3) (R)omney - yep, call me whatever you want and flame away, but I would rather have a Mormon than the Marxist/Muslim any day of the week. I won't sit out if this jerk gets the nomination, but I won't be happy about casting a vote for him.

I was turned off by Newt but the more he talks the better I like him, the country could do a lot worse than electing a smart conservative who is always coming up with plenty of new ideas...

I’d like to see how Cain does in the primaries. Other than that...well, I’d like to see how Cain does in the primaries. Because other than that, I think we’re in deep s**t.

Rick Perry...raised 17.1 million in 49 days...doesn't have a black chip on his shoulder...we've had that in our WH don't need it again...Perry has governed a state larger than most countries with the 13th largest world economy...he has made his mistakes but at least he has a record of governing a state for 11 years, we can look at. He'll go in and immeidately start giving this country back to you and me. He is a big states rights man. He is the best 2nd amendment man running...in fact, we've not had a recent president as strong as him with the 2nd amendment.
When the MSM goes after one person as they have Perry...then you know he is the one they are most afraid of. IF the MSM gives men a pass like Romney and Cain...that should throw up red flags for everyone.

Sarah was our only chance.
Cain played the race card against Perry and supported TARP, I’d buy a pizza from him but that’s about it. Perry is slightly more conservative than Romney, depending on the day. Bachmann’s campaign staff is down to around 4 people so something rotten is happening there that we don’t know about.
Thanks a lot Sarah.

Bachmann or Cain. Rep Bachmann still needs to give more attention to detail and both need to show they can raise money.

From Herman Cain’s background, Cain has the brightest mind for the job. Maybe he will be smart enough to select Sarah Palin as his running mate.
