Hey Norm. I respect your fulfillment of your agreement, and I REALLY respect your chiding of the most virulent cultists. I personally have been chiding them another way -- provocation -- by saying things about Sarah that I actually don't believe, in order to make them break their teeth, their jaws clench so hard. In that way I hope to wake them up.

You are not a cultist -- although you label yourself as one -- so it's reasonable to offer to you this: Sarah has diminished her influence. Not by not running, that's fine, but the MANNER in which she 'didn't run'. Bus tours? Movies? And the length of her decision? Not cool.

Why is it crazy? If Gov Palin becomes a king maker and Cain seeks the endorsement of the tea party, there’s nothing to prevent the Tea Party from appointing Gov Palin as a sort of ombudsman to keep an eye on the POTUS and insure that he doesn’t go off the rails.

Strangely enough I woke up this morning feeling a bit hopeful again after watching Michelle Bachmann on with Brett Baier and his usual group ie, Steve Hayes, Charles Krauthammer, etc. at the 6PM newshour.
